Hi I also had to deal with dead hair that completely fell out and was dead from a job I did. My hair is so much healthier now! But what helped it grow, quitting anything harming it like the chemicals or straightening and blow drying it. Making sure you’re eating enough nutrients(I’m not that good at that part) and honestly dove,pantene, L’Oréal, and other drug store brands have helped so much! Using oils too is huge. Took time but my length and health is unmatched now!!! You got this girl. I know the pain of dead short hair 💔💔

Extensions wouldn’t make your ends dry, or even that type of damaged. That’s from the bleach. Been doing every type of extensions for 8 years…..

I fear it’s the bleach that did this not solely your extensions, unless your extensions matted up and you were ripping through them with a brush but even then…. I’ve had SO many extensions this has never happened

So tape ins wouldn’t effect the ends of your hair that they are not attached to. This is chemical.

also had hair like this in 2023, trust me when i say, no bleach or heat for 6 months minimum and HEAVY on weekly k18 molecular repair mask. nutroful vitamins also helped my hair come in a little thicker and quicker but they’re in the pricey end
