I guess, everybody has own experiences. But I see live with all it's people as a train. My life train started with my parents and my siblings. With every stop, leaving and entering new people, sometimes friends, sometimes family memebers or pets. All of them will leave one day. Also my whole family left that day, when I changed the train when I left a very closed religion.. I got a new one, a bigger one with more seats. But I never forget the travel. I forgave everbody. How? I did forgiveness work for 21 days. I thought about negative energies with people. I set down in silence. And then I said: 'I forgive you. I forgive me. I forgive you. I forgive me.' As long as I felt still anger or grief with these people. I still do that sometimes, because the new people on my train are sometimes not nice. But I learnt to say 'No.' to people. Because 'No.' is a whole sentence.
