it doesn't help either that indecisiveness is generally portrayed as a sign of weakness. there's clearly some times that being decisive is necessary, but it's so strange that this attitude has been mapped over to some of the most inane choices as well

Many of us “don’t know”. I think it’s scary that anyone can be extremely confident/adamant in their wrongness. I trust the people who have open-minds & consider that maybe there was a piece missing when they formed their opinion. After all, science isn’t an exact science; we can be right for 100 years & overnight be wrong.
