As a champion Deadpool you need to be taking the Guns first every time no debate on support. It's a common misconception that the lord icon is better but it's not because it's on a cooldown the gun upgrade has no downtime which is why it's the better upgrade for early game. Upgrade path should be. Guns Lord Icon Ult (which ult you use depends on the matchup in hand if you need to use it to sustain pick the sword ult, but if you need an offensive ult pick the gun ult as it's better for pushing and diving) after Ult Dashes, AOE, then your other Ult. Your swords actually do a lot of healing to your teammates so don't be afraid to brawl with your swords.

Another tip is that when u have upgrades available make sure u use the cooldown first before upgrading Ex: u can use ur aoe for a total of 8-10 seconds in a short time. Its very niche but it helped my team stay alive when they needed it

For me (my opnion) the best Deadpool is dps, i can easily kill a tank using upgraded L2 and combo with katana + dash + jump and "deadpool in your área"
