@48hourscbs: After Jon Green went to jail for forging checks and stealing his estranged wife’s dogs, he found himself facing a new charge: solicitation to commit first-degree murder. A jail mate, Greg Markham, says Green offered him money to kill Dr. Kim Lark and described her home in so much detail that he was able to draw a diagram of the house that bore similarities to its actual layout. Green denied this and said Markham knew this information from casual conversations they had while behind bars. During his trial, Green’s lawyer told the courtroom, “It is not a crime for a man to proudly describe how his house looks to other people.”
