Honestly I truly hope her stylist @Brad Goreski and her assistants and anyone else on her team who has close access to Demi loves her enough to support her in getting help. I almost died from anorexia 30 years ago and to this bery day have body dysmorphia. We must find a way to lovingly support & help anyone who is still deeply entrenched in the notion that thinner is better.

I’m an anorexia survivor of the original “heroin chic/waif” trend of the 1990’s. I have a 14 year old daughter now. I am hyper vigilant on this trend. The only correct dialogue around it is how corrosive and unhealthy it is.

Well put truth Beck. I thought the Twiggy years were bad in the 70's. it took Karen Carpenter's death to show the truth of eating disorders back in that day. This is a new level though and what are we teaching our young women.
