Dx 12 is way better. I have an i5-14600kf and rtx 5060. dx12 Performance Mode is way Smoother, higher fps and no stutters (Like Legacy Performance Mode).

However, if you are on a budget build, especially if you're on older hardware (specifically CPUs), DX11 might feel smoother, with a more stable frame rate. Not really sure why but everytime i switch to legacy performance my game feels like shit and fps drops. I play new dx12 performance on an rtx 4080 16gb i9-13900kf and 32gb ddr5. Why everytime i switch to legacy performance it feels shitty and unplayable mad fps drops by dx12 performance feels wayy better??? Bur everyone says the opposite
