The one spot I’m having some trouble building muscle, is that spot that’s right at the crease on the bottom of the glute on the outside of the thigh. I’m getting more hip and quad, but that one spot seems to be hard to isolate in workouts. I mainly do split squats, maybe I just need to keep adding weight?
