try adding the butter to the sauce when it's off the heat! it will create a silkier sauce without breaking it

I make a similar one from Ina Gardner it's absolutely delicious and very light I use angel hair pasta I also toast some Pina nuts and put them in so delicious

Hate every lemon recipe like that. Lemon chicken, lemon pasta, etc. Like... No. There's SO MUCH better recipes than anything lemon flavored.

The bowl in the pot is called a double boiler! It’s great for melting chocolate or tempering eggs. Be careful not to overfill! Not fun to deal with it boiling over while your cooking, speaking from experience 😅

It is AMAZING! But try to add lemon pepper instead of black pepper and add some basil too. Gets waaaaay better.

It is one of my favourite 'lunch' pastas because of how light it tastes. Pairs beautifully with most white fish and a garden salad (to get your protein and greens lol)
