As a delivery driver I agree. The service we provide for you while we have to pay for our car repairs and maintenance and gas. Sure we get paid mileage to help cover those costs, but the wear and tear on our cars is wild. I work 60 hours a week and drive about 100 miles a day. With the cost of gas right now the least they could do is pay us for the service. Mind you we make less than minimum wage

As a server, people who complain the employer should pay a livable wage, are the same people who vote for the ones who made tipped wages able to be legally considered livable, because youre getting tipped.... call your senator.

Bartender for over 30yrs. Just had a dress altered. Cost me $550. Owner of shop is doing the work. Paid up front and was asked if I’d like to leave the suggested tip. That wasn’t happening. I do tip at coffee places.

Commission for a car sales person is okay. Commission for your real estate agent is okay. Tipping a server/bartender is not okay. Let’s make this make sense seriously. Also you as the guest are our employer. We work for you using the restaurant as a source. So by tipping you are the employer paying our wages. We work for you!
