this gives false hope. dont you have to work with the company like 6 months before you can promote or move? we had a dude who worked for like 2 months with us, he would have been an amazing teamlead but was told he had to wait 6 months and he wasnt willing to wait since they were already having him do part of the work. 🤷🏻♀️different stores different rules or was he lied to?
