Abs are ABSOLUTELY about getting lean😭🙏. You also need to hypertrophy them to grow them but depending on genetics too you NEED to be lean or “leaner” than you were before if you can see them

Your abs only perform one action; spinal flexion. Genuinely ALL you need is cable crunches. Do those anywhere from 2-5 times a week, and if you're getting leaner, your abs will show eventually
