I remember at high school, our gym/P.E teacher brought a then, teen/early 20s, Valerie Adam's to the school to teach us Shot put and Discus, i think our teacher was a trainer or something, Valerie yeeted the shot put and was like "...and you just do that", I was like hell nawwwww the heck, im not embarrassing myself! 😭😂
