Head Chef Chris Kim and Executive Chef Alejandro Saravia brought together Japanese open flame robata with Morena's bold Latin American flavours, seven courses of charcoal, smoke, texture and fire. So many favourite dishes but the WA Octopus?? insaneeee. we loved it so much and literally every waitress agreed it was their fav too (one of them was Greek so she KNOWS good food 😂). The rock lobster nigiri was ridiculous, rich, silkyyyy. The barramundi and wagyu chuck tail also so special.
