wait you recommend latency on plus boost ? cuz when I turn off g sync and anything latency boost wise. my competitive games have felt way better more responsive. and performance over all feels better. feel like I was nerfed.

on+boost is only for badly bottlnecked pcs, specifically where their gpu is faster than the cpu, you only need it on on if your pc has little bottleneck (yes all pcs have atleast a little bottleneck)
