Former prosecutor - current defense attorney. This video is too short and lacking enough context/totality of circs. for anyone to render a relevant legal opinion as to whether this Deputy developed the requisite reas. susp. to extend the stop. Maybe he did - maybe he didn’t. Irresponsible to demonize him based on this. Equally irresponsible to declare his actions lawful without more. That is what court is for.
