I’ve been using balmonds skin salvation moisturising balm from Holland and Barrett’s. It’s amazing for hydrating my eczema

I’m using this. I’ve never had eczema. It’s my first time. Only started 2 weeks ago.

Cerave moisturising cream layered with La roche posay cicaplast. I found the avene cicalfate quite drying and would worsen my flakes. I use the dermalogica ultra-calming cleanser as a face wash at night and it’s never failed me!

Vanicream moisturizing cream is the only product I’ve tried that doesn’t irritate my skin in my current flare up.

I loooove the cicaplast balm but it’s quite drying. So I put the cevave big tub moisturiser underneath or the body oil from aveno

Hi What does it actually do? Is it daily moisturiser or you wear before you go bed? Do you rub it in or wash it off?

Ok my eyelid and hairline was SOOO bad. I have this product and I know this sounds bad but I’ll stop ALL makeup for a bit. I’ll use only a skin barrier protecting oil cleanser including on my scalp for the time being. No dandruff shampoo. No clarifying. Just the oil cleanser and I’ll legit use it in my hair if your eczema is impacting your hair. You’ll see on a lot of these cleanser bottles it’s safe for baby’s scalp so go ahead and use on your hair during a flare. I’ll then use this balm, and I’ll seal it Vaseline. Like it helps lock it in. And then I’ll go into a tanning bed. It’s not science. It’s not derm doctor approved. It just works for me. Sun, la Roche pose oil cleanser or bioderma skin barrier safe oil cleansers they’re all pretty good just get the ones that protect barriers. And then locking in these cicaplase balms with Vaseline. And light tanning (don’t burn, don’t overdue, just I find going 1-2 times a week does wonders especially if you flare from cold weather).
