Bigger arms at home with just dumbbells: train triceps first because they're two thirds of your upper arm, get your arm overhead to stretch the long head where growth happens, curl through a full range instead of swinging, use hammer and Zottman curls for width and forearms, and finish with wrist curls. Two to three sessions a week, every rep controlled, four-week progression.
