Thank you for sharing this, I had cauda equina in 2022 and 4 years post emergency surgery I’m struggling more and more with life. I’ve tried buying aids but they aren’t always adequate - I’ve been referred to OT before but didn’t schedule it as was so overwhelmed and I also gaslight myself because how much we are judged as disabled people

Do you have to have a disability badge for this? I’ve had 2 slipped discs for 11 months and I’m seeing a neurosurgical consultant in 5 weeks time about surgery so I will need some aids for then. I’m already struggling with a lot of things currently like my toilet is super low and I have weakness in my legs due to pinched nerves so it’s difficult for me to get back up (just as an example). This video was super helpful Thankyou x

I got everything I needed through rapid response. They came to my house the next day asked a few questions looked around and got me everything I needed.
