After losing my job towards end of 2024 I was devastated and I spent the most part of 2025 reminiscing about what my life used to be and that almost got me into serious depression. Towards end of the year I made a decision about my life and I accepted life for what it now is. This allowed me to remember who I really am and what I want out of life and now I’m working relentlessly to get what I deserve out of life.

It's funny, I moved out of home. I just realized that I am getting and starting to know the new me. I am amazed at how lazy I used to be, comfort with everything that surrounded me. I moved out with nothing but I am loving this new movement, starting to get aligned🥰

earlier today I decided to enrol in a coaching course to couple it with my biology/nutrition qualification to embark on a new journey of Nutritional Coaching with unique offerings. I've helped myself and 3 friends to change lifestyles and keep the weight off. Thanks for the wake up call
