Mine is a little tricky as it use to be a hotel and I deregistered it into a house. There isn't another building on my stretch of road that is the same. I was also a hotel in 1991.

How does it work if my mum bought her house and paid one band but then years later the council decided to put her band up. She is charged on what it’s worth now not what it was worth in 1991
