lahat ng sinabi mo doc totoo. I am 56 yrs old and i weight 57 kg kumakain ako ng rice but no softdrinks and fatty foods.. madalas veggie and fruits and of course chicken and and i exercise regularly, 7-8 hrs of sleep. thanks God, no meds maintenance..
