@abbyexplainsitall: This hyper fixation meal of mine. I’m sick throughout my entire pregnancy and try to focus on just eating something and don’t worry about carbs or sugar. Fortunately, most sugary foods make my nausea worse. I usually eat one meal a day (dinner) because I will just throw it all back up. I plan out the meals with our weekly menu and oddly have found if I tell the baby all day what we will be eating, eat between 4p - 6p, and don’t drink while eating - I can keep my food down about 50% of the time. Unless I have a craving for something during the day - which for about a week this wrap was all I wanted. I’d be so excited to wake up each morning to make it. #motherhood #pregnancy
