gait belt too loose, wrong technique and patient's arm should be down, if able, the help steady gait. Again, aide should be explaining what she is doing with patient, not the instructor.

Hand placement is incorrect. Also you need to walk beside patient, one hand on the side, and the other at the back. This is all wrong🙈
