Yes. 30 years ago someone would have had to call our house line to reach us and if we weren’t home they would leave a voicemail. It is not normal to be reachable all the time and we don’t owe anyone access. Let’s normalize delayed responses

Years ago I turned off my phone call and text notifications, sounds, and vibrations. My phone is not a pager anymore and I have such a better relationship with it. I check texts and calls like checking emails. Nothing is that urgent
