Not sure about the water one, I drink around 3ltrs daily and seem to wee a lot more, the constipation can be horrendous, sometimes 3+ days and trying to pass an object that is more course than a household brick but similar for size. very painful, since mounjaro 7.5 sitting down has been uncomfortable, after constipation it's very uncomfortable.
