guys dont copy the same text because they can check ur last tickets and btw i had to go in the match in cs like 2 last times and i didnt say that i had to go in ticket . I just said that i lost my connection and in my second ticket i typed that i know that i lost my connection last time too but its unlucky for me and i got unbanned.
