I would tell her I forgive her and the debt, and if she feels morally obligated to repay, give her a specific charity amd ask that she make the payments to that. It removes you from the equation and gives her the opportunity to clear her conscious without involving you in the process.

Forgive her and the debt. I agree open a new account to hold the money if ever needing to get it back to her. But accept the payment but do not respond to avoid any false feelings she may feel

It’s VERY important she pay the money back as part of her program, if she doesn’t or try’s to take a shortcut it can derail her entire program and lead her to drink/use. Take the money and donate it if you don’t want it, maybe a recovery center is appropriate.
