Yall gotta wash ur cups omg. I get it I really do but like once a week.. at least once a month for some of yall 😭 the bacteria from your mouth is getting in there and that’s what can make you sick too. I only wash mine once a week sometimes I’ll go a little longer than that but this is why I have so many cups bc I’ll just switch to bother emotional support one if I’m too depressed to clean the other 😭

That brown piece in the owla needs to be removed and washed along with the seal inside the lid. I found mold under my kid's lid when I forgot to remove those two things before. I hate how hard owla is to keep clean and yes it's only for water.
