Muscle workouts are essential if you don’t want to look skinny fat, if you want to look toned, fit, snatched, good in your outfits. But if you think lifting weights will magically boost your metabolism so much that you become immune to fat gain, that’s just not true. Gym girls eat a lot because they train hard, lift heavy, move more, and burn a lot of energy through activity, not because they have sooo much muscle. And believe me, 5 kilos of muscle is huge.
