![The taste is very similar to korean sweet & spicy wings 😋 details below ✨ [ Ingredients ] → Wings 6 full wings, halved, cleaned & dried Garlic powder Onion powder Paprika Black pepper Tony's creole seasoning Chicken bouillon Corn starch Dijon mustard Season & coat it well. after coating them in corn starch, let it sit for about 5-10 mins while the oil heats up! ** olive oil is my standard oil of choice and you know - makes it feel less unhealthy lmao! Once heated, sway the chicken in the oil to prevent sticking then release it. Now listen, I know the pan is a bit crowded but it was 11pm and I was not standing over that hot stove for 2 fry sessions so it was heat high the first 4 mins until every chicken built a light crust, then I reduced it to medium heat the entire cooking process. I would say it was about 7-10mins per side until golden brown & crispy how I’d like. → Sweet & Spicy Brown Butter Sauce 2 tbsp Butter 1 tbsp Light brown sugar ½ lemon juice Hot sauce, popeyes pac Course black pepper Over low heat, add all of your ingredients and stir until well combined. Then let it simmer for about 3-5mins until the sauce thickens.
