In 2000, I called Lego for a cake topper for my wedding cake. The operator suggested I buy some expensive knight set as that could replicate a wedding couple. But they transferred me to marketing. I explained what I wanted, they asked for my address. I asked what the charge was and they said none. A week later, a small Lego set with a gazebo, a bride and groom complete with champagne glasses arrived at my home. We used it on our cake!
