I have chronic eczema and left a dermatologist when she said she wouldn’t treat my eczema anymore until I lost weight. Lost weight, still have eczema, and now a much nicer dermatologist.

I knew I found a good one when I went in for a checkup because some of my chronic symptoms had worsened, and I mentioned that I knew I needed to lose some weight and my Dr. responded something along the lines of “having a healthy focus on food and activity is always good, but our main focus right now should be on how to relieve these symptoms and lessen your load as much as we can”. And then she found a way to do just that.

My husband has Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis. He weighed 225 at one point, still had psoriasis. Now weighs 175 and guess what...STILL has psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. Shocking! I am so tired of our healthcare system and I am a healthcare worker. I hope you find a better provider ❤️

well.... I went to my yearly gyno appointment and a doctor i had never met was in the middle of my exam and brought up gastric bypass... not sure what that had to do with my vagina?
