Grease or line a sheet pan (9x13 works best!) - In a bowl, whisk together your baking mix, eggs, milk, and oil. Whisk until there are no lumps left in the batter. - Pour batter into the sheet pan and smooth evenly. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden. Let cool completely (important so whipped topping doesn’t melt!) - Slice strawberries and toss with powdered sugar. Let sit 5–10 minutes (creates that juicy syrup!) - To serve, add your strawberry mix over a slice, add whipped topping and sprinkle powdered sugar. Enjoy!
