Driving deaths where negligence is involved ie drunk driving, driving while tired OR driving longer then you’re LEGALLY ALLOWED TO should have higher sentencing …. To me, this kind of intentional negligence where someone makes a DECISION KNOWING THERES POTENTIAL DANGER WITHIN THAT DECISION means they were culpable and THATS why sentencing should be longer then just 2 years (of which they serve 1/3 the time)
