I’m almost positive I have it. It’s nearly impossible for me to lose fat in my calves and legs. I get so nervous to even wear shorts when it’s hot!!! The bruising can be so bad

I struggle with it, and the thing i tell myself every single morning is that i’m thankful i have 2 functioning legs that take me from A to B still. I am grateful that i am mobile now and doing little things each day will help - walking, light pilates, vibration plate, low inflammation diet

Girlies uniting. I do recommend going to an endocrinologist, my lipoedema came from a high insulin and so I found out i have insulin resistance and high cholesterol.

girl, we have the same body and I also have lipedema!! it’s so scary at first but i promise it gets better. i was super embarrassed at first, but it’s not our fault. I had surgery and now i feel a lot more confident. 🤍🤍

I have it as well and only got diagnosed in August September time after going to the doctor for years about it, I ended up just giving up with my weight and piling loads on because I felt like no matter what my legs/arms were a mess anyway. But after my diagnosis I started taking care of myself and losing weight and I’ve seen a big improvement, specifically in the swelling when travelling etc! You’ve got this angel🤍🤍

I got diagnosed with lipedema last year and it is so overwhelming. I have seen changes in my legs with appetite, anti-inflammatory diet, and strength training as well as doing body recoup.

I followed you a while ago because I love your style, content, and felt we had similar shape! My dr suspects lipedema as well, but I have been going through some venous procedures on my legs, so I haven’t been able to get into that yet.
