For me, it's just insistency. I just, I just can't stay on something. i had a gym membership for going on a 5 to 6 months and I've been there 4 times. the gym is 10 minutes away from me. wtf is wrong with me

Started bjj 2 months ago at 260, I’m down around 250 now and I love it. Couldn’t keep myself in the gym, but with a wrestling background I’ve had a lot of fun learning bjj. I look forward to class instead of dreading going to the gym

I recently started learning Muay Thai, easily one of the best decisions I've made. Your content definitely helped me take the leap.

Even as I get better in martial arts I still feel like I'm not in shape or strong enough some days. Depends on my partner.

In sticking to the gym because every place around me is $200+ a month for Muay Thai. So I'm putting pads in my basement and buying equipment outright so my friend who's retired MMA can train with me solo. The barrier to entry is insane nowadays.

I teach led fencing, my group here in Florida was the first officially registered in the US. One of my fighters was on a weight loss journey with 2 bad knees and got second place in our first US competition. Lots of my trainees have no background and end up growing in ways that humble me as their teacher. You don’t need a fancy background to do great things for yourself.
