Once I became diamond + I PICKED a bottle of wine. It's always in my cabin. I never had to call to receive it again. I was told it's necessary only if I want to change my gift.

You Do Mot have to call anyone. Go to the Loyalty Ambassador and ask them to change it while you are on a sailing for the future. They can also keep track of your next cruise certificates that have been used.

I just keep collecting the bags. Some you can hang up and some you can’t. I think everyone in my family has a bag and I still have a pile of them in my closet.

I change mine on the ship with crown and anchor. I get my gift on my current sailing then change for my next sailing. Oh. Haha. You are saying that now as I’m typing.

i didn’t know that about the ten days. Last month I booked 3 days in advance and a gift never showed. Makes sense I guess.

I’ve gotten the wine. I’ve gotten the toiletries bag. And I gotten the fruit truffles. I haven’t had any trouble when I call the number. They said each diamond plus member will receive one amenity. But the ambassador on the ship says no, just one per family.
