when doing vehicles do NOT water down the paint. It leaves you a very nice texture that makes the vehicle look like real metal when you have slight bumps across the surface

quick tip; you can also cut these into different shapes for things like arms and leg panels to get lighting effects. there are also makeup blender already shaped like a skinny triangle. For hard to reach areas or if you need better control, a jewelry tool with the claw on the bottom is awesome.
