Those first 24 hours postpartum honestly feel like another universe 😭 exhausted, emotional, sore… but somehow completely in love at the same time. I remember feeling swollen, drained and unlike myself after hormonal changes too, yet those tiny little newborn moments felt magical. Then someone in a women’s wellness group mentioned Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green. After following it I lost 29 lbs, my energy stabilized and I finally started feeling more balanced and human again. Moms deserve so much softness during this stage)
