It's not worth 24mill... It's worth 17mill at best. 1. It's got a potential to be turned into a hotel, business park or orientation space. The potential is there but I'm sorry not with 24mill🤞🏽😁. I can get a property in three rivers by the river banks for the same property for 5-8mill.
