Most of the time I appreciate your content. My brother in law is an Arab, and 1/2 Palestinian. I think one issue here calls for clarification. Notwithstanding either significant J*w*sh immigration under the tenure of Herbert Samuel as High Commissioner, 1920-1925; or the presence of Jewish ethno-nationalist organizations; or some level of terrorism by the Stern Gang, there was no remarkable level of ethnic cleansing in Palestine prior to the partisan conflict in the second half of 1947. For most years during the Mandate Period, 1920-1947, the increase of the Arab population is well documented.
