Awalnya Santi pikir pour over decaf menggunakan alat V60 bakal terasa hambar. Ternyata tidak. Santi mencoba decaf Lintong dan Gayo Permata. The place uses a small homebar and open bar concept inside a house. It is hidden inside a residential alley, which makes the atmosphere feel more personal. What interested Santi the most was their independently roasted decaf coffee line through Harimau Sumatera Roastery. At first, Santi expected V60 decaf pour over to taste flat. Surprisingly, it did not. Santi tried the decaf Lintong and Gayo Permata beans. The body was lighter than regular coffee, but the chocolate and sugarcane-like sweetness still felt clean and noticeable ☕
