The physical body is not your true selfit’s a temporary biological suit designed to trap divine consciousness in dense matter. When the mission or lessons are done (or the body breaks down), the soul leaves the vehicle. That’s what we call death. But death is not the end. Right after you leave the body, you enter a life review. You see every single thing you did, every intention, every pain you caused, and every love you gave from a higher perspective. Most souls don’t escape. They get pulled back into the reincarnation cycle because they’re still attached to this world through fear, desires, trauma, and unfinished lessons. Birth → Life → Death → Repeat. Only a very small number of souls manage to fully awaken while still in the body and break the cycle completely returning to the real Source, the Pleroma, the True Light.
