I think there is a mixup, you mentioned Dangote is listing for about $5B but isn’t that what he is looking to raise through IPO? And the valuation about $40B. The refinery was built for over $20B, how can he then list for $5B? Again, OPay is valuing itself at $4B which you also mentioned, not looking to raise $4B through IPO, they’ll be selling a fraction. Or am I getting something wrong ?
