you assuming what makes someone a red flag is a red flag in itself. they might be fleeing an abusive relationship. they might have gotten evicted by their place being condemned. there are a million reasons and none of which are owed to you.

🙄 I did the tour for mine, told the landlord that I would get my application together and think about it. She told me if I wanted it to get my application in ASAP because " a lot of people wanted the apartment". I turned it in that night, and within an hour of turning it in she told me I was set to go. And then 3 months later she sold it out from under us and left without saying goodbye. 😡

Not necessarily some people have to leave because their lease is gonna end on the other place. See this is what’s wrong with society. We fit everything in one box. It’s a one size fit on. That’s not correct. I disagree.

I give red flags without even knowing it. I once called the police station to find out how many tickets I have gotten etc. the police officer said how sad it was I didn't even know. she came back and said I had none in ten years.
