40s are kicking my ass. Had a heart attack at 44. double bypass surgery at 45. Injured my back a month after bypass surgery. 1 1/2 year later still dealing with my back injury. AND I'm the biggest I've ever been and can't lose weight. I'm trying to stay positive and get my health together. But man. Sigh

I’m coming up on 50. Recently divorced after a 20+ year marriage. Alienation from my youngest daughter. Feeling lost and broken. Literally like paralysis….. for over a year now. I can’t dig myself out this time….. a lifetime of survival. And I’m just tired.

40’s were amazing when i turned 50, life really started ❤️I own a cleaning business and clean houses daily, just to make sure i am exercising daily so i can still walk up stairs with ease, bend, walk and get in and out of the tub. Buying your book now mama! If we dont take care of ourselves, who will? ❤️
