I feel like walking bacteria. I'm 25 this should have stopped 6 years ago. I only drink water, change my pillow case every two days, use silk pillow cases, keep my hair tied back, eat minimal greasy food and sugar. I've tried all the products just for nothing to work and now just wash my face twice a day with cold water because im exhausted just trying. yet I can't leave the house without feeling ashamed, embarrassed and disgusted with myself. acne is a curse. I look at all the naturally flawless girls and wanna cry everytime. It makes me so out of place and I just know people perceive me as dirty. I stopped wearing make up a decade ago because it only made it worse or showed my flaws more. theres no escaping it. next move is seeing a dermatologist and even then I'm doubtful. I'm so tired

Yes!! 😭 I’ve always had good skin until my Late 20’s i have breakouts in my chin, jaw line. It’s so hard to get rid of 😭 I don’t like going out or get ready anymore 😔

Face reality! Go to their website and it’ll show you acne specialist in your area. They will do a complete custom skin care for you and do biweekly facials for their “acne boot camp” I’ve struggled with acne for the last 2 years and finally found that, going on 3 months and my skin has cleared up. I wish I would have known sooner!

That's how I feel—not even makeup can cover it up. I don't like looking at myself in the mirror, and I don't like it when people look at me; it feels awful. It also bothers me when people make suggestions as if I hadn't already tried everything or wasn't already undergoing treatment—even though progress is slow, there is some improvement.

I’ve struggled with acne my entire life & am just now on acne meds at 25!! I’ve never left the house without at least some concealer more than 5 times in my adult life!! it’s brutal & I’m sorry you’re going through this but not alone. you are STUNNING!!! but how you feel in your own skin matters the most 🫶🫶
