There’s an older couple in my building whose adult daughter and adult son also live in the building, each in their own apartment. I regularly see them in the elevator visiting each other with trays of food. I have never been so jealous in my life. 🥰

It’s good to have your own space and live near by to help your parents/family. Being there for each other as & when needed is great without the hassle of making time to travel & taking time off from work just to see them. Any evening or weekend is great.

1 of my coworkers purchased a house .. his brother bought the 1 next to him.. my coworker purchased 1 house for each child (2) across the street 😁 the brother did the same .. the grandparents live 1 week in each sons home 🥰🥰😁
