@t_n_tfitness: For those who don't know me, my name is Trish, owner of TNT Fitness In Bothasig Cape Town. With various qualifications, from exercise specialist to nutrition, massage, basic ambulance assistance (medic), many rehabilitation courses, from strapping and kinesiology to conditioning on athlete level and so much more, my entire purpose is the driven desire and dream to change your life in every way. To empower you, to walk a journey with you, to challenge and encourage you. The reason I started these videos (even though I'm not a fan of being behind the camera 😩) is because I believe in the power of encouragement - we all need it and we all need to feel like we aren't alone on this journey and I hope that, as you watch, something will challenge or shift inside of you; even for a few minutes. Thank you for watching them! #inspire #encourage #motivate #fyp #challenge
